Setup and management
The once-off project fee covers the approved discovery, design, development, configuration, testing, training and launch of the custom AI system. Monthly operation and management begin at launch under the term stated in the signed proposal.
Approved workflow
Each AI system is limited to the approved knowledge, customer journeys, building blocks, workflow, users, dashboard, integrations, controls and usage allowance. Additional journeys, unrelated systems, major changes or new integrations are quoted separately.
Usage and third-party costs
The monthly fee covers the agreed platform, usage allowance, monitoring, management and support. Higher model, messaging, hosting, database, CRM or third-party usage can increase the monthly price after written agreement or notice under the signed terms.
Accuracy and human review
AI can make mistakes. Important information, sensitive decisions and subjective pricing should be reviewed. Automatic calculations or quotations are limited to deterministic client-approved rules; otherwise the system prepares information for staff approval.
Data and access
The client owns supplied business content and customer data. Where practical, data is stored in a client-owned or approved system. Kosmos retains only the access required to deliver and manage the approved solution.
Service changes
AI models, APIs and third-party platforms may change. Kosmos may update the technical implementation or recommend a different supported service where necessary to maintain the approved system.
